Vibration damping for AKON front loader control valve

Offered here is a vibration damper for retrofitting to front loaders, specifically for use with the AKON front-loader control units we offer.
Its accumulator function significantly reduces the load on the tractor because the accumulator absorbs the shocks.

The integrated design on the secondary outlets makes installation considerably easier and more compact.

On double-acting front loaders, it is mounted on the piston-base side of the lift cylinder.
The vibration damper can be shut off using the shut-off valve or, optionally, the electrically actuated seat valve to prevent springing during precision work.

Using two diaphragm accumulators with different precharge pressures significantly expands the range in which the damping is actually active.
Thus, the 30 bar of one accumulator is ideal for an unloaded front loader, but would be insufficient for a front loader with an attached implement.
The second accumulator, with 70 bar, then takes on the main load.

Technical data
- Accumulator volume: 0.35 or 0.50 liters
- Accumulator precharge pressure: 30 and 70 bar; alternatively 50 and 100 bar
- Connection thread: 15L pipe connection
- Hose length: 50 cm (a longer hose is not recommended either)
- Maximum operating pressure: 190 bar (with a precharge pressure of 50 and 100 bar, 210 bar is also permissible; higher pressures only by agreement)

Safety notice:
Please note that in systems with an installed hydraulic accumulator, movement of the implements may be possible due to the stored pressurized fluid even when the pump is not operating. Maintenance and repair work on systems with hydraulic accumulators may only be carried out when the accumulator is depressurized and shut off.
