Vibration damping for AKON front loader control unit

What is offered here is a vibration dampening system for retrofitting to the front loader, especially in conjunction with the AKON front loader control units that we offer.
The storage function significantly reduces the load on the tractor because the storage absorbs the shocks.

The integrated design on the secondary outlets makes installation significantly easier and more compact.

On double-acting front loaders, it is mounted on the piston crown side of the lifting cylinder.
The vibration damping can be shut off using the shut-off valve or optional electric seat valve to prevent springing during precise work.

The use of two diaphragm accumulators with different preload significantly extends the range in which the damping is actually active.
The 30 bar of one accumulator is optimal for an unloaded front loader, but would be too little for a front loader with an attached implement.
The second accumulator with 70 bar then takes over the main load.

Technical data
- Storage volume: 0.35 or 0.50 liters
- Pre-pressure of the accumulators: 30 and 70 bar; alternatively 50 and 100 bar
- Connection thread: 15L pipe connection
- Hose length: 50 cm (longer is not recommended)
- Maximum operating pressure: 190 bar (with a preload of 50 and 100 bar, 210 bar is also permissible, higher pressures only after consultation)

Safety notice:
Please note that in systems with a built-in hydraulic accumulator, the stored hydraulic fluid allows the equipment to move even when the pump is not running. Maintenance and repair work on systems with hydraulic accumulators may only be performed when the accumulator is depressurized and shut off.
