Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial consignment or the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Chris Grunemeyer, Westersteder Str. 28, 26345 Bockhorn, info@grunemeyer-hydraulik.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will any fees be charged to you for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier point in time. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You must only bear any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties and functioning.
