Professional front-loader single-lever/cross-lever control unit with flat-sealing couplings

Professional AKON and Walvoil front-loader control valves are offered here, including Bowden cable and lever with optional buttons.

These control valves are a professional solution.
Both sections are double-acting, and one section also has a detented float position. Hardened and coated spools ensure good durability and wear resistance.

Depending on the selected version, we supply a control valve from Walvoil or AKON:

• Constant-flow system: AKON LVM92 - OC
• Constant-pressure system: AKON LVM92 - CC
• Load-sensing system: Walvoil DLM122/2

The block also has an adjustable pressure relief valve installed.

The position and size of the working connections are identical for both valves, so the same coupling fits in both cases. 

Screwed onto the valve, these are flat-face couplings according to ISO ISO 16028.
These enable coupling even under low pressure and offer significantly reduced leakage during coupling compared with standard couplings.

At the same time, they are easier to clean and keep clean.
