Professional front loader single lever / joystick control unit with BG3 clutches

Offered here are professional AKON and Walvoil front loader control valves including Bowden cable and lever with optional buttons.

The control valves are a professional solution.
Both sections are double-acting, and one section also has a detented float position. Hardened and coated spools ensure excellent durability and wear resistance.

Depending on the selected version, we supply a control valve from Walvoil or AKON:

• Constant flow system: AKON LVM92 - OC
• Constant pressure system: AKON LVM92 - CC
• Load-sensing system: Walvoil DLM122/2

The block also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve.

The position and size of the work ports are identical on both valves, so the same coupling fits in both cases. 

Screwed onto the valve are flat-face couplings according to ISO ISO 16028.
These allow coupling even under low pressure and offer significantly reduced leakage when coupling compared with standard couplings.

At the same time, they are easier to clean and keep clean.
