Professional front loader single lever / joystick control unit with BG3 clutches

Professional AKON front loader control units including Bowden cable and lever with optional buttons are offered here.

This control unit is a professional solution.
Both sections are double-acting, and one section additionally has a detented float position. Hardened and coated spools ensure good durability and wear resistance.

The control unit is suitable for an Open Center system (constant flow system), Closed Center (constant pressure system, such as in some John Deere models), or Load-Sensing system, depending on the chosen version.
An adjustable pressure relief valve is also built into the block.

Temperature range: -15 to 80°C

Flat-sealing couplings according to ISO 16028 are mounted on the valve.
These allow coupling even under low pressure and offer significantly reduced leakage during coupling compared to standard couplings.

At the same time, they are easier to clean and keep clean.
