Professional front loader single lever / joystick control unit with BG3 clutches

Offered here are professional AKON / Walvoil front loader control valves including Bowden cable and lever with optional push buttons.

These control valves are a professional solution.
Both sections are double-acting, and one section also has a locking float position. Hardened and coated spools ensure excellent durability and wear resistance.

Depending on the version selected, we supply a control valve from Walvoil or AKON:

• Constant flow system: AKON LVM92 - OC
• Constant pressure system: AKON LVM92 - CC
• Load-sensing system: Walvoil DLM122/2

The block also includes an adjustable pressure relief valve.

• without pressure relief valve (not required)

The position and size of the work ports are identical for both valves, so the same coupling fits in both cases. 

BG3 couplings with the corresponding dust cap are screwed onto the valve.

In the constant flow version, the valve comes including pressure carry-over.
