Load sensing retrofit for Bosch SB7 system (intermediate plate version)

This newly developed system is a system to imitate a load sensing system in a tractor with Bosch SB7 control units.

Load-sensing control blocks can then be connected to this system, for example slurry tankers via Power Beyond.

The system is installed in the tractor's control unit block like a regular additional control unit.
This new intermediate plate contains all the necessary valve technology.
The valve technology comes pre-adjusted and generally requires no further adjustment after installation.

The intermediate plate contains an adjustable pressure relief valve for the LS signal.
An integrated relief and damping for the LS signal stabilizes the system.

The system can be installed in all tractors with Bosch SB7 control units. It fits systems with three or four studs/screws (also backward compatible with all very old models).

Technical data:
- max. pressure: 250 bar
- max. flow rate: 100 l/min
- preset LS pressure: 175 bar
- Delta-P-LS: 14 bar
- Connections: P=18L, LS=10L

Note to Fendt 600 owners!
This is the recommended version for most 600 variants as it uses the hydraulic power from both circuits.

The accompanying technical documents with some notes and technical information will be automatically made available for download after purchase.
