Load sensing retrofit for Bosch SB7 system
This newly developed system is designed to simulate a load-sensing system in a tractor equipped with Bosch SB7 control units.
Load-sensing control blocks can then be connected to this system, for example, slurry tanks via Power Beyond.
The system replaces the end plate in the control unit block of the tractor.
This new end plate contains all the necessary valve technology.
The valve technology comes pre-set and generally requires no further adjustments after installation.
The end plate contains a large main pressure relief valve and a pressure relief valve for the LS signal.
An integrated relief and damping for the LS signal stabilize the system.
The system can basically be installed in all tractors with Bosch SB7 control units. It fits systems with three or four studs/bolts (also backward compatible with all very old series).
Note to Fendt 600 Series Owners!
Fendt has installed a custom Bosch system in the 600 series. As a result, the end plate design can only be mounted on the top side of the control block (directly under the cab).
This results in the end plate LS system being powered by only one of the two hydraulic circuits.
We expect to offer an intermediate plate version of the LS system by mid-year, which can then be mounted at the bottom and use both hydraulic circuits simultaneously!
We recommend our intermediate plate version here (click here)!
This problem usually does not affect other types of tractors or manufacturers.
