Load-sensing retrofit kit for Bosch SB23 LS (EHS) system

This newly developed system provides a Power Beyond interface for external equipment on a tractor with Bosch SB23 LS or SB23 EHS control valves. It is irrelevant whether the tractor is equipped with a variable-displacement pump or a fixed-displacement pump.

This version is also compatible with electrically and mechanically operated valves.

Load-sensing control blocks can then be connected to this system, for example slurry tankers via Power Beyond.

The system is installed like a regular auxiliary control valve on the tractor's control valve block.
This valve section contains all the necessary valve technology.
The valve technology is preset and generally requires no further adjustment after installation.

The pressure compensator prevents the tractor control valves from having the entire flow rate "stolen" by the attached implement. If the implement only requires low pressure, it ensures that only low pressure is supplied to the implement, while the tractor control valves simultaneously have the system's full operating pressure available.

The system can generally be installed in all tractors with Bosch SB23 control valves, regardless of whether electrically or mechanically operated control valves are installed.

The delivery includes the necessary seals for the flange surface, as well as three spacer rings for the studs.

• Preset main pressure limitation: approx. 195 bar
  • Results from the LS pressure limitation (180 bar) plus standby pressure
• Delta-P-LS: 14 bar (standby pressure)
• Work ports P=22L, LS=10L
