Load-Sensing Retrofit for Bosch SB23 LS (EHS) System

This newly developed system is designed to provide a Power Beyond interface for external devices in a tractor with Bosch SB23 LS or SB23 EHS control units. It does not matter whether the tractor is equipped with an adjustable pump or a constant pump.

This version is also compatible with electrically and mechanically operated valves.

Load-sensing control blocks can then be connected to this system, for example slurry tanks via Power Beyond.

The system is installed like a regular auxiliary control unit on the tractor's control unit block.
The complete necessary valve technology is contained in this valve plate.
The valve technology comes pre-set and generally requires no further adjustments after installation.

The pressure compensator prevents the tractor control units from having the entire volume flow "stolen" by the attached device. If the attachment only requires low pressure, it ensures that only a low pressure is supplied to the attachment, while the tractor control units still have the full operating pressure of the system available.

The system can basically be installed in all tractors with Bosch SB23 control units, regardless of whether electrical or mechanical control units are installed.

The delivery includes the necessary seals for the flange surface, as well as three spacer rings for the studs.

• max. flow rate with pressure compensator: 140 l/min
• Pre-setting main pressure limit: approx. 195 bar
  • Derived from the LS pressure limit (180 bar) plus standby pressure
• Delta-P LS: 14 bar (standby pressure)
• Working connections P=22L, LS=10L
