Plow turning valve with plow alignment during turning

Valve for use on cylinders for reversible ploughs, to automatically reverse the oil flow direction and thus the movement of the hydraulic cylinder that rotates the plough. In addition, this valve aligns the plough during rotation (straightening it, or "lengthening" the plough). Once rotation is complete, the plough is also widened again and returned to the working position,

Equipped with a double-acting check valve that provides greater safety and allows the cylinder to be positioned and locked at any point. 

The valve is designed for use with rotation cylinders with a piston diameter between 110 and 130 mm.

Installation note:

• C1 to the rod side of the rotation cylinder
• C2 to the piston side of the rotation cylinder
• U1 to the piston side of the alignment cylinder
• U2 to the rod side of the alignment cylinder
• P/T is the inlet side (tractor control valve)
