Plow-reversing valve, rotary valve for plows
Valve for use on cylinders for reversible plows, providing automatic reversal of the oil flow direction and consequently of the movement of the hydraulic cylinder that rotates the plow. Equipped with a double-acting locking valve for greater safety, allowing the cylinder to be positioned and locked at any point. The direction of movement of the piston rod is reversed by a maximum-pressure valve, which is precisely pressure-compensated at the plow's top dead center to achieve maximum performance and speed. This valve can also be installed on heavy and asymmetrical plows with cylinders having the following internal diameters: 60-80, 80-100, 100-110, and 110-130 mm (according to selection).
The valve can be used effectively on plows that turn "down" and "up", that is, in both possible cases.
Installation instructions:
Connect C1 to the piston rod side of the cylinder
Connect C2 to the cylinder base side
