Front loader vibration damping with two diaphragm accumulators

This listing is for a vibration damper retrofit kit for front loaders.
Thanks to its accumulator function, it significantly reduces the strain on the tractor by absorbing shocks.

This set can be used for both single-acting and double-acting front loaders.
For double-acting front loaders, it is mounted on the piston side of the main cylinder.
The vibration damper can be shut off using the shut-off valve or an optional electric seat valve, preventing suspension during precision work.

Using two diaphragm accumulators with different pre-charges significantly expands the range in which damping is effective.
For example, the 30 bar accumulator is ideal for an unloaded front loader, but would be insufficient for a loader with an attached implement.
The second accumulator, with 70 bar, then takes on the main load.

The diaphragm accumulators are manufactured by HENNLICH HCT, a premium-quality German-made product.

Technical data
- Accumulator volume: 0.35, 0.50, or 1.00 litres
- Accumulator pre-charge: 30 and 70 bar; alternatively 50 and 100 bar
- Connection thread: choice of 12L or 15L pipe connection
- Hose length: 50 cm (longer is not recommended)
- Maximum operating pressure: 190 bar, up to 250 bar for 50/100 bar versions

The system can also be used in other comparable applications beyond front loaders, such as snow ploughs, and offers similar benefits.

Safety note:
Please note that in systems with a hydraulic accumulator, stored hydraulic fluid pressure can cause movement of attachments even when the pump is not running. Maintenance and repair work on systems with hydraulic accumulators should only be carried out when the accumulator is depressurised and isolated.
