Front-loader ride control with two diaphragm accumulators

Offered here is a vibration dampener for retrofitting to front loaders.
Thanks to its accumulator function, it significantly reduces the load on the tractor because the accumulator absorbs the shocks.

This set can be used equally for single-acting and double-acting front loaders.
On double-acting front loaders, it is mounted on the piston-side end of the main cylinder.
The vibration dampener can be shut off using the shut-off valve or, optionally, the electrically operated seat valve to prevent springing during precise work.

Using two diaphragm accumulators with different precharge pressures significantly expands the range in which the damping is actually active.
Thus, the 30 bar pressure of one accumulator is optimal for an unloaded front loader, but would be insufficient for a front loader with an attached implement.
The second accumulator, with 70 bar, then takes on the main load.

The diaphragm accumulators are manufactured by HENNLICH HCT, a very high-quality German-made product.

Technical data
- Accumulator volumes: 0.35, 0.50, or 1.00 liters
- Accumulator precharge pressure: 30 and 70 bar; alternatively 50 and 100 bar
- Connection thread: either 12L or 15L pipe connection
- Hose length: 50 cm (a longer length is also not recommended)
- Maximum operating pressure: 190 bar, or up to 250 bar with 50/100 bar

The system can of course also be used in other comparable systems, such as front loaders, and provide corresponding benefits (snowplows, etc.).

Safety notice:
Please note that in systems equipped with a hydraulic accumulator, the stored pressurized fluid can cause the implements to move even when the pump is not in operation. Maintenance and repair work on systems with hydraulic accumulators may only be carried out when the accumulator has been depressurized and shut off.
