Elektrical end plate control unit for Bosch SB7 system

Newly developed control units are offered here for the direct retrofitting of an electrical control unit or for the additional retrofitting of an electrical actuation of an existing mechanical control unit.

The installed control unit is double-acting as standard and locked in the zero position.

In the Bosch SB7 system, the block replaces the end plate and is screwed in place. This minimizes installation and conversion effort.

The block was designed specifically for this application and is made of aluminum. It is hard-anodized for optimal corrosion resistance.

A seat valve provides pilot control of the installed CETOP valve and prevents pressure loss through the valve technology.

A pressure relief valve is also integrated to protect the block and pump. Furthermore, the integration of the pressure relief valve allows the system to be installed in the Fendt 300 and 600 series, which had a pressure relief valve built into the end plate.

The set is delivered completely ready for installation with valves, plugs and seals.
In addition, complete documentation with assembly and operating instructions is included.

If required, a separate plug can also be supplied. This plug then allows the integration of another external block with pressure transfer.

Alternatively, the pilot valve can also be used as a pilot valve for other external closed-center valve blocks.
