Elektronic control unit for Bosch SB7 system

Offered here are newly developed control units for directly retrofitting a (double-acting) electric control unit for the Bosch SB23 LS system.

It is available either electrically as black/white or as a proportional version (for sensitive control).
The valve can be installed in series like a regular auxiliary control unit.

The system has an integrated pressure compensator, enabling demand-based control of pressure and flow rate. This allows multiple valves to be operated simultaneously (as with the original control units).
In addition, the pressure compensator prevents multiple sections from influencing each other.

Optionally, the valve can be supplied with a switchable float position.

The valve can also be used on tractors that originally only had mechanical SB23 valves installed (i.e. no pilot pressure), since all valves are directly controlled, pilot pressure is not required (or used).

In addition, the valves are controlled in a classic analog way, which allows different control options outside the tractor's CAN bus system. However, it is important to note that this means the valve is not compatible with the regular control system of tractors with electric valves!

• Max. flow rate of the work sections (black/white directional valve): approx. 60 l/min
• Max. flow rate of the work sections (proportional directional valve): approx. 40 l/min
• Maximum pressure: 250 bar
• Width of the valve slice: 48 mm
• Standby pressure: 14 bar (required for demand-based control)
• Permissible oil temperature: -15 °C to 85 °C
• Required filtration class: 19/17/14 according to ISO 4406
• Approved oils: HLP, STOU, UTTO oils (only mineral oils approved, other oils only by prior agreement)
  

The set is delivered complete and ready for installation with valves, plugs, and seals.

Due to its design, the system requires more space than the original valves; before purchase and installation, please be sure to check your tractor's suitability using the accompanying documentation available for download above!

Otherwise, however, there are no restrictions; the system is compatible with all Bosch SB23 LS systems.
