Electrical control unit for Bosch SB23 LS system

These newly developed control units are offered here for the direct retrofitting of an (double-acting) electric control unit for the Bosch SB23 LS system.

It is available either as an electric on/off or proportional version (for sensitive control).
The valve can be installed in the series connection like a regular auxiliary control unit.

The system has an integrated pressure compensator, enabling demand-based control of pressure and flow rate. This allows several valves to be operated simultaneously (as with the original control units).
In addition, the pressure compensator prevents the individual sections from influencing one another.

The valve can optionally be supplied with a switchable float position.

The valve can also be used on tractors that originally have only mechanical SB23 valves installed (i.e. without pilot pressure), because all valves are directly controlled and therefore do not require or use pilot pressure.

The valves are also controlled using conventional analog signals, allowing various control options outside the tractor's CAN bus system. However, it is important to note that this valve is not compatible with the standard controls of tractors with electric valves!

• Maximum flow rate of the work sections (on/off directional valve): Approx. 60 l/min
• Maximum flow rate of the work sections (proportional directional valve): Approx. 40 l/min
• Maximum pressure: 250 bar
• Valve slice width: 48 mm
• Standby pressure: 14 bar (required for demand-based control)
• Permissible oil temperature: -15 °C to 85 °C
• Required filtration class: 19/17/14 according to ISO 4406
• Approved oils: HLP, STOU, and UTTO oils (only mineral oils are approved; use of other oils requires prior consultation)
  

The set is supplied completely ready for installation, including valves, plugs, and seals.

Due to its design, the system requires more space than the original valves. Before purchasing and installing, please be sure to check whether it is suitable for your tractor using the accompanying documentation provided for download above!

Otherwise, there are no restrictions; the system is compatible with all Bosch SB23 LS systems.
