Elektronic control unit for Bosch SB7 system

Newly developed control units are offered here for direct retrofitting of a (double-acting) electric control unit for the Bosch SB23 LS system.

They are available either electrically as black/white or as proportional units (for fine control).
The valve can be installed in the circuit like a regular auxiliary control unit.

The system has an integrated pressure balance and thus enables on-demand regulation of pressure and flow. The unused flow is therefore available to the other control units (including the original mechanical control units). This allows multiple valves to be operated at the same time (unlike the original control units).

An integrated check valve prevents sections from influencing each other.

Optionally, the valve can be supplied with a switchable float position.

The valve can also be used on tractors that originally only had mechanical SB23 valves installed (i.e., no pilot pressure), since all valves are directly controlled and pilot pressure is not required (or used).

In addition, the valves are driven in the classic analog way, which enables various control methods outside the tractor's CANbus system. However, it is important to note that the valve is therefore not compatible with the standard control of tractors with electric valves!

The set is delivered complete and ready for installation with valves, plugs and seals.

Technically, the system requires more space than the original valves; please be sure to check the suitability for your tractor based on the accompanying documentation provided above for download before purchase and installation!

Otherwise there are no restrictions; the system is compatible with all Bosch SB23 LS systems.
