Newly developed control units are offered here for direct retrofit of a (double-acting) electric control unit for the Bosch SB7 system.
It is available either in electric on/off black/white or proportional design (for sensitive control). The valve can be mounted in the linkage like a regular auxiliary control valve.
The system has an integrated pressure compensator, enabling demand-based regulation of pressure and flow rate. The unselected flow is therefore available to the other control valves (including the original mechanical control valves). This allows the system to actuate several valves at the same time (unlike the original control valves).
An integrated check valve prevents multiple sections from influencing each other.
Optionally, the valve can be supplied with a switchable float position.
Technical specifications
Max inlet flow rate: 120 l/min
Max. flow rate of the work sections (black/white directional valve): Approx. 60 l/min
Max. flow rate of the work sections (proportional directional valve): Approx. 40 l/min
Maximum pressure: 250 bar
Width of the valve section: 49 mm (same width as original auxiliary control valves)
Standby pressure: 14 bar (required for demand-based control)
Permissible oil temperature: -15 °C to 85 °C
Required filtration class: 19/17/14 according to ISO 4406
Approved oils: HLP, STOU, UTTO oils (mineral oils only approved, other oils only by prior arrangement)
The kit is delivered complete and ready for installation with valves, plugs, and seals. In addition, full documentation with installation and operating instructions is provided for download (automatic notification after purchase). You can also download the documentation in advance using the following link:
Due to technical reasons, the system requires more installation space than the original valves; before purchase and installation, please обязательно check suitability for your tractor using the accompanying documentation provided for download above!
Otherwise, there are no restrictions; the system is compatible with all Bosch SB7 systems (throughout the entire production period from 1960 to just before 2000, regardless of whether there are three or four mounting studs).
If required, we are also happy to offer solutions for actuating the valve. Feel free to contact us with your requirements: Contact
