Newly developed control units are offered here for direct retrofitting of a (double-acting) electric control unit for the Bosch SB7 system.
It is optionally available electrically black/white or proportional (for sensitive control). The valve can be installed in the chain like a regular auxiliary control unit.
The system has an integrated pressure balance and thus enables demand-oriented control of pressure and flow rate. The unused flow rate is thus available to the other control units (including the original mechanical control units). The system thus allows the operation of multiple valves simultaneously (unlike the original control units).
An integrated check valve prevents the influence of multiple sections on each other.
Optionally, the valve can be delivered with a switchable float position.
Technical data
Max input flow rate: 120 l/min
Max. flow rate of the working sections (black/white directional valve): approx. 60l/min
Max. flow rate of the working sections (proportional directional valve): approx. 40 l/min
Maximum pressure: 250 bar
Width of the valve plate: 49 mm (same width as original auxiliary control units)
Standby pressure: 14 bar (necessary for demand-oriented control)
Permissible oil temperature: -15 °C to 85 °C
Required filtration class: 19/17/14 according to ISO 4406
Approved oils: HLP, STOU, UTTO oils (only mineral oils approved, other oils only after consultation)
The set is delivered complete and ready for installation with valves, plugs, and seals. In addition, a complete documentation with assembly and operating instructions is provided for download (automatic notification after purchase). You can also download the documentation in advance at the following link:
The system technically requires more space than the original valves, so please be sure to check the suitability of your tractor before purchase and installation using the accompanying documentation provided above for download!
Otherwise, there are no restrictions; the system is compatible with all Bosch SB7 systems (throughout the entire production period from 1960 to nearly 2000, regardless of whether three or four studs).
We are also happy to offer solutions for controlling the valve if needed. Please feel free to contact us with your requests:
