Electrical control unit for Bosch SB7 system

Newly developed control valves are offered here for directly retrofitting an electric (double-acting) control valve to the Bosch SB7 system.

It is available with either electric on/off or proportional control (for precise operation).
The valve can be installed in the valve stack like a regular auxiliary control valve.

The system has an integrated pressure compensator, enabling demand-based control of pressure and flow rate. Any unused flow is therefore available to the other control valves (including the original mechanical control valves). This allows the system to operate several valves simultaneously (unlike the original control valves).

An integrated check valve prevents the sections from affecting one another.

The valve can optionally be supplied with a switchable float position.

• Maximum inlet flow rate: 120 l/min
• Maximum flow rate of the work sections (on/off directional control valve): Approx. 60 l/min
• Maximum flow rate of the work sections (proportional directional control valve): Approx. 40 l/min
• Maximum pressure: 250 bar
• Valve section width: 49 mm (same width as original auxiliary control valves)
• Standby pressure: 14 bar (required for demand-based control)
• Permissible oil temperature: -15 °C to 85 °C
• Required filtration class: 19/17/14 according to ISO 4406
• Approved oils: HLP, STOU, and UTTO oils (mineral oils only; other oils require prior consultation)
  

The set is supplied fully assembled and ready to install, complete with valves, plugs, and seals.

Note!

For technical reasons, the system requires more space than the original valves. Before purchasing and installing it, be sure to check that it is suitable for your tractor using the accompanying documentation available for download above!

Otherwise, there are no restrictions. The system is compatible with all Bosch SB7 systems (throughout the entire production period from 1960 to just before 2000, regardless of whether they have three or four studs).
