Electrically proportional 3-way flow control valve with controller
We sell fully assembled electric proportional flow controllers with control units.
The system can be used to regulate hydraulic flow remotely. For example, it can be used to adjust the speed of hydraulic motors or the flow rate in hydraulic valves.
One application, for example, is regulating the speed of the scraper floor on forage wagons or manure spreaders.
The ramp function can also be adjusted directly to set the soft start and deceleration of the flow rate.
A maximum value can also be set.
The flow controller is a 3-way flow control valve, so excess flow is returned to the tank.
This means the valve can also be used in constant-flow systems without increasing the pressure.
The control unit includes a fuse and a main switch.
When the main switch is turned off, the entire flow rate is returned to the tank.
The adjacent controller sets the prioritized flow rate.
The package also includes a 2 m power cable with a three-pin plug and a 5 m cable between the control box and the flow control valve.
The system is fully pre-assembled and ready to use.
