Brake for orbital motors OMP OMR OMH
Flangeable hydraulic brakes for orbital motors from a wide range of manufacturers are offered here.
In the basic position it holds the engine.
Hydraulic pressure is then applied to the brake via the release connection and the brake opens.
This is usually solved with a simple bypass to the control line to the motor.
This significantly reduces the load on the engine and holds loads securely.
Technical data:
- suitable for standard orbit motor, see Danfoss OMP OMR and OMH (fits many other manufacturers)
- Release pressure: 22-27 bar
- Static holding pressure: 410-450 NM
- Max. release pressure: 200 bar
- Maximum return pressure for housing relief: 0.5 bar
- suitable for 25 mm shaft.
