Bosch SB7 additional control unit (AK Regeltechnik)

Bosch SB7 additional control unit (AK Regeltechnik)

Offered here are new double-acting replacement control valves for the Bosch SB7 system.

They fit various tractors and manufacturers.

This is a 5/4-way valve, like the original valves from Bosch. It has the positions raise, neutral, lower, and float position.
The control valve can be switched between single-acting and double-acting using a grub screw on the rear.
The control valve has hydraulic end shut-off on port A, which means that when the maximum pressure is reached, the control valve unlocks and automatically returns to the neutral position. This corresponds to the function of the original SB7 control valves.

The raise position (A) is detented.

The lower position (B) is detented. If you continue past the lower position, the detented float position is engaged (consumer ports A and B connected to return flow). The float position can be used as a detented lower position with both double-acting and single-acting lifting cylinders.

The control valve is simply integrated into the existing system with longer studs.
The control valve has working ports at the bottom (as on the original) and at the top. The upper ports also make it usable where space to the steering knuckle is limited.

It fits various tractors from the following manufacturers (list may be incomplete):
IHC; Deutz; Fendt; Eicher; Schlüter; MB Trac; Güldner; Kramer; Lindner; Steyr; Porsche;
