Offered here are new double-acting replacement control valves for the Bosch SB7 system. This is an improved version by AK Regeltechnik. It offers lower internal leakage, and the working ports are also in the same position as the original Bosch valves. This means any piping already in place does not need to be modified.
In addition, the position and linkage of the lever have been improved compared to the original version. It should now fit better on tractors that use a linkage for operation.
In general, they fit various tractors and manufacturers.
This is a 5/4-way valve, like the original valves from Bosch. It has the lift, neutral, lower and float positions. The control valve has a hydraulic end shut-off on port A, which means that when maximum pressure is reached, the control valve unlocks and automatically returns to the neutral position. This corresponds to the function of the original SB7 control valves.
Position A is detented.
The lower position is also detented. If you move beyond the lower position, the detented float position is engaged (consumer ports A and B connected together to return). The float position can be used as a detented lowering position with both double-acting and single-acting lift cylinders.
The control valve is simply integrated into the existing system with longer studs. The control valve has working ports at the bottom (as on the original).
It fits various tractors from the following manufacturers (list may be incomplete): IHC; Deutz; Fendt; Eicher; Schlüter; MB Trac; Güldner; Kramer; Lindner; Steyr; Porsche;
