Offered here are new double-acting replacement control units for the Bosch SB7 system. This is an improved version by AK Regeltechnik. It offers lower internal leakage and the working ports are in the same position as the original Bosch valves. This means that any potentially existing piping does not need to be modified.
Additionally, the position and linkage of the lever have been improved compared to the original version. It should now fit better on tractors that use a linkage for operation.
Basically, it fits various tractors and manufacturers.
It is a 5/4-way valve, like the original Bosch valves. It has the positions lift, neutral, lower, and float. The control unit has a hydraulic end stop on port A, which means that when the maximum pressure is reached, the control unit unlocks and automatically returns to the neutral position. This corresponds to the function of the original SB7 control units.
Position A is detented.
The lower position is also detented. If you switch beyond the lower position, the detented float position is activated (consumer ports A and B connected to return). The float position can be used as a detented lower position for both double-acting and single-acting lift cylinders.
The control unit is simply integrated into the existing system with longer studs. The control unit has working ports at the bottom (like the original) and at the top. The upper ports allow it to be used even in tight spaces near the axle bracket.
It fits various tractors from manufacturers (list may be incomplete): IHC; Deutz; Fendt; Eicher; Schlüter; MB Trac; Güldner; Kramer; Lindner; Steyr; Porsche;
