Bosch SB7 auxiliary control unit (new version, AK Regeltechnik)

New double-acting replacement control valves for the Bosch SB7 system are offered here. This is an improved version by AK Regeltechnik. It has lower internal leakage, and the work ports are in the same positions as on the original Bosch valves. This means any existing pipework does not need to be modified.

The position and linkage of the lever have also been improved compared with the original version. It should now be better suited to tractors operated by linkage.

They are generally compatible with various tractors and manufacturers.

This is a 5/4-way valve, like the original Bosch valves. It has the positions lift, neutral, lower and float.
The control valve has a hydraulic end-of-stroke shutoff on port A. This means that when the maximum pressure is reached, the control valve unlocks and automatically returns to the neutral position. This matches the function of the original SB7 control valves.

Position A is detented.

The lower position is also detented. Moving past the lower position engages the detented float position (consumer ports A and B are connected to each other and to the return). The float position can be used as a detented lowering position with both double-acting and single-acting lift cylinders.

The control valve is integrated into the existing system using longer studs.
The control valve has work ports at the bottom (as on the original).
