AKON LVM92 front loader control valve, monoblock valve

Professional AKON front-loader control valves are offered here.

This control valve is a professional-grade solution.
Both sections are double-acting, and one section also has a detented float position. Hardened and coated spools ensure excellent durability and wear resistance.

In addition, check valves in each section ensure that the sections cannot affect each other.

The control valve is designed either for an open-center system (constant-flow system) or a load-sensing system. Customers with a closed-center system (constant-pressure system, such as older John Deere models) can choose between the two versions.
An adjustable pressure relief valve is installed in the block.

In the constant-flow version, the valve comes with downstream pressure transmission (CO).

To mirror the working ports to the secondary-side ports A1, A2, B1, and B2, we also offer secondary-side screw-in plugs.
