5-fold control block with control 1x NG10 4xNG06, LS capable
Offered here are pre-assembled control blocks with toggle switch box and matching wiring harness.
The control block can be used, for example, to retrofit an electrohydraulic control system on a slurry tanker or various other machines.
The control unit basically consists of three different sections.
The first section is a large NG10 block with two double-acting NG10 functions for hydraulic motors (relieved in the neutral position).
The double-acting section features an adjustable throttle check valve to limit the flow rate (and thus the speed of any connected motor) in this section. This section is used to supply the hydraulic distributor motors of the linkage.
The single-acting section is intended for a vacuum booster.
The central block provides the necessary valve technology for switching between LS and constant current operation. The switching is done via a handwheel.
The loudspeaker attenuation and loudspeaker relief are also integrated here.
The third part of the block is an NG06 block with six sections. Two of the sections are equipped for single-acting cylinders with a floating position (for example, a slide or steering axle). Three other sections are intended for various double-acting functions, such as suction arm, pump switching, and similar applications.
The last section is a standard double-acting section.
This offer includes the control in the form of a toggle switch box.

The scope of delivery also includes a connection cable with a three-pin plug and the connection cable for the magnets. The assignment to the individual sections is labeled on the connection plugs (already installed upon delivery). Also included is an extension cable five meters long, as well as the connection cable with a three-pin plug.
The control for the pilot valve (labeled EVG in the wiring harness) is integrated into the control box.
