7-section control block, 1x NG10, 6x NG06, LS-compatible for forage wagons

These are fully assembled control blocks.
This control block is designed for use in forage wagons or forage harvester wagons.

The control block essentially consists of three different sections.
The first section is a large NG10 block with a double-acting NG10 function for the hydraulic floor conveyor (reversible).
This section has an electrically proportional throttle check valve for adjusting the flow rate and thus the speed of the floor conveyor.
The central block provides the necessary valve technology for switching between LS and constant-flow operation. Switching is performed via a handwheel.
LS damping and LS relief are also integrated here.
The third part of the block is an NG06 block with a total of six sections for various cylinder functions: 

• 2x single-acting with float position
  • For steering axle and pick-up
• 2x double-acting with counterbalance valve for leak-free holding
  • For articulated drawbar and knives
• 2x double-acting
  • For flap and cargo space cover

A pilot valve on the central block calls for pressure when required.
