5-fold control block with control 1x NG10 4xNG06, LS capable

Ready-assembled control blocks are offered here.
This control block is designed for use in forage wagons or silage wagons.

The control block essentially consists of three different sections.
The first section is a large NG10 block with a double-acting NG10 function for the hydraulic scraper floor (reversible).
This section has an electrically proportional throttle check valve to adjust the flow rate and thus the speed of the scraper floor.
The central block provides the necessary valve technology for switching between LS and constant-flow operation. Switching is done via a handwheel.
The LS damping and LS unloading are also integrated here.
The third part of the block is an NG06 block with a total of six sections for various cylinder functions:

• 2x single-acting with float position
  • For steering axle and pick-up
• 2x double-acting with blocking valve for leak-free holding
  • For drawbar and knife
• 2x double-acting
  • For tailgate and load-space cover

A pilot valve on the central block requests pressure when needed.
