Offered here are fully assembled control blocks with Scanreco radio remote control.
With the control block, for example, an electrohydraulic control can be retrofitted to the hook lift, winch, or other various simpler devices.
The control block is delivered fully assembled and ready for installation with control.
The control block has four double-acting sections that are locked in the neutral position. On request, individual sections can be supplied with integrated lock valves. This is recommended if internal leakage in the directional valves would be problematic, as with small cylinders.
The scope of delivery includes an extension cable three meters long between the block and the radio receiver. A 2m power cable with a three-pin plug is used to power the system.
The control for the pilot valve is integrated into the control box.
Depending on requirements, the configuration is for load-sensing systems (as shown in the pictures) or with a large pilot valve for constant-flow systems. Optionally, the set is also available with a switch-over function between constant-flow and LS systems.
The version for LS systems comes with signal damping and relief.
