2-way hydraulic flow control valve, electrically proportional, up to 240 l/min and 350 bar

The system can be used to remotely regulate the hydraulic flow rate. This allows, for example, the adjustment of the speed of hydraulic motors or the flow rate in hydraulic valves.
This system has some special features:
- It can generate an LS signal, so it does not require a preceding directional control valve (control unit) for oil supply and can be connected directly in parallel with the pump.
- The "real" LS signal significantly reduces the load on the hydraulic systems and may also decrease the power demand.
- Thanks to an integrated pressure sensor, it is pressure-compensated and regulates the flow rate independently of the pressure drop.
- An optional directional valve extends the valve to an electrically proportional (double-acting) directional valve
- Very high pressure range of up to 350 bar
It is suitable for expanding existing LS systems with a very powerful hydraulic auxiliary circuit.
The system can be used as an example for the following applications:
- Drive of a hydraulic mulcher
- Drive of a hydraulic pump
- Oil supply for drive systems
- etc.
The system can be used wherever an LS system is employed and the volume flow needs to be precisely controlled.

Directional valve
- By adding a 4/3-way valve, the system is expanded into a double-acting proportional control unit. This allows, for example, devices to be reversed.

- The flow control valve can be adjusted directly with a 0-10V signal or a 4.7k potentiometer

When ordering with a directional valve, a selector switch (left/right) is integrated into the housing for the directional valve.
