2-Way Electrically Proportional Flow Control Valve (controller optional)

Pre-assembled electric proportional flow regulators are offered here.
The system can be used to regulate hydraulic flow remotely. This allows, for example, the speed of hydraulic motors or the flow rate in hydraulic valves to be adjusted.
One application is regulating the speed of the scraper floor on forage wagons or manure spreaders.
In addition, direct adjustment of the ramp function allows the soft start and deceleration of the flow rate to be set.
A maximum value can also be set.

The flow regulator is a compensated 2-way flow control valve, making it suitable for use in closed-center systems such as load-sensing systems. It can also be installed directly in the supply or return lines without requiring a bypass to the tank.
Compensation makes the flow independent of pressure (unlike a throttle).
