Offered here are pre-assembled electrically proportional flow controllers.
The system can be used to remotely regulate the hydraulic flow rate. This allows, for example, adjusting the speed of hydraulic motors or the flow rate in hydraulic valves.
One application is the regulation of the scraper floor speed in forage wagons or manure spreaders.
Additionally, a direct setting of the ramp function enables adjustment of the soft start and deceleration of the flow rate.
A maximum value can also be set.

The flow controller is a compensated 2-way flow control valve, making it well suited for use in closed-center systems such as load-sensing systems. It can also be installed directly in supply or return lines without requiring a bypass to the tank.
Due to the compensation, the flow is independent of pressure (unlike a throttle).

Possible control options:

  • Without control (coil only)
    • The flow rate can be regulated via an external PWM signal
  • Proportional amplifier only supplied
    • The flow control valve can be adjusted via a 0-10V signal or directly by a variable resistor of 4.7k (for example, a potentiometer or joystick)
  • Including control (with potentiometer)
    • with main switch for on/off
    • Power supply via three-pin socket
    • 2m connection cable between control unit and plug
    • 5m connection cable between control unit and flow control valve

The system is fully pre-assembled and ready for immediate use.
