Load-sensing retrofit for Bosch SB23 LS EHS system
This newly developed system provides a Power Beyond interface for external devices in tractors equipped with Bosch SB23 LS or SB23 EHS control units. It is irrelevant whether the tractor is equipped with a variable displacement pump or a fixed displacement pump.
This version is also compatible with electrically and mechanically operated valves.
Load-sensing control blocks can then be connected to this system, for example slurry tankers via Power Beyond.
The system is mounted like a regular additional control unit on the tractor's control unit block.
This valve disc contains all the necessary valve technology.
The valve technology comes pre-adjusted and generally requires no further adjustment after installation.
Important information on the selection, whether with or without pressure compensator:
The pressure compensator prevents the tractor's control units from "stealing" the entire flow rate by the attached implement. If the implement only requires a low pressure, it ensures that only a low pressure is delivered to the implement, while at the same time the tractor's control units have access to the system's full operating pressure.
However, the pressure compensator reduces the maximum possible flow rate for the attachment to approx. 140 l/min.

The system can be installed in all tractors with Bosch SB23 control units.
The delivery includes the necessary seals for the flange surface and three spacer rings for the stud bolts.
- max. pressure: 250 bar
- Max. flow rate with pressure compensator: 140 l/min
- Max. flow rate without pressure compensator: approx. 200 l/min (limited by the SB23 system itself)
- Delta-P-LS: 14 bar (only when using the version with pressure compensator)
- Working connections P=22L, LS=10L
